About Squeegeeman Inc.:
Squeegeeman Inc is a window cleaning contractor that has been in business since
1955. We are looking for someone
interested in a long term commitment to a growing company. Squeegeeman Inc is
expanding from exclusively being a window cleaning company to a full service
residential maintenance company. An
ideal candidate for this position will have experience doing
professional residential window cleaning, and
some experience doing any of the following residential maintenance jobs:
pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscaping or painting, building fences and
decks.
Duties:
·
Wash windows, clean gutters,
pressure wash driveways and patios.
·
Do painting projects.
·
Landscaping installation projects.
·
Small construction and carpentry projects.
·
Maintain and detail work vehicles.
·
Call customers to confirm service
dates and times.
Working conditions:
·
Work weeks are around 40 hours, part
time is also available.
·
Most work is outside and you will be
responsible for appropriate clothing for the work conditions.
·
Sometimes the work can get dirty.
·
Most work is located on the east
side, we meet in Issaquah every morning sometime between 7 and 8 depending on
job location for the day.
·
At first you will be working
directly with the owner of the company and will be working on your own in a
couple months with other employees.
·
Must be able to work well with
others and be part of a team.
Employment Requirements:
·
1 year experience doing residential
window cleaning.
·
Proficient spoken and written
English
·
Punctual, meticulous and reliable
·
Courteous manners with the public
·
Some other type of residential
maintenance experience preferred.
·
Some college or a 2 year degree
preferred.
·
No criminal background, we do a full
background check on all employees.
·
Must have a very good driving
record!!
